No, it's not. If people are deliberately -blam!-ing over the raid then they don't get 3 strikes, they get booted immediately. If they are making honest mistakes and simply approaching the learning curve, then they should be worked with, whether that takes 6 strikes or 2. The point is you never tell them any of that if you truly want them to focus on successful strategy. It's psychology.

ive gone through 6 or 7 characters and raided at least 40 times start to finish dude im not putting up with stupidity its fine if they dont know I can explain it but pure stupidity or selfishness...no

Proof? Because the proof I see is that you have only done 11. I'm sure that 90% of your "40" completions was cheesing atheon off the map, also more than likely your entire team carrying you through the raid, due to the probability of you speak/type like a 12 year old. Who would waste the time to get to level 26 or higher to do the raid and afterwards destroy his/her character? You must be a complete moron. Instead you should have used the time you wasted with those other 4 characters to open a dictionary. There is an auto correct on most modern day devices now, learn to use it.

if I say ok this guy is getting the relic and someone else grabs it and says what do I do thats a strike if someone says I need heavy ammo and gets killed picking it up thats not a strike if someone runs ahead and picks up a loot chest thats a strike you get what im saying im not running a charity ive carried enough people through the raid
