Nah. In pvp, it's the player, not the gun. I am a lvl 30 titan, a lvl 28 kept getting me with his epilogue. It's not a bad gun at all. Bad juju, THAT is a bad gun. But you'd be surprised how many people can own with a low impact, high speed AR (dr nope clones), especially from some distance
