Havn't played FC4, but the pagan man can't match Vass at all.

He can't match Vas, Vas was too good. Pagan Min is like Vas mixed with handsome Jack from BL2. He's pretty crazy though, he stabbed his own soldier to death with a pen and ate Ajay's mom's ashes.

Yea Vas was my favorite character in Far Cry 3 because between his drugged up craziness, he saw severe issues with the world around him.
