I do not know of the rakata. I will have to do some wikireading These debates are always interesting but pointless. Eventually one side will be like well I have a bomb that can destroy existence. I think the precursors are a check mate piece, so we would have to argue at a forerunner level. And also there is more lore to star wars. We don't know all the forerunner were capable yet, which gives them an advantage. Flood still trumps all though.
