What am I allowed to play with?
So...these forums are often flooded with "that's OP" and "Those are so Cheap, you must be a noob!" "Nerf because..." Blah Blah Blah, you get the picture.
So guardians, what am I allowed to use?
Primarys?
Autos: The weapon of Noobs apparently, if I use even the worst of these I have no skill.
Pulses: The weapon of Idiots, this gets outclassed by everything apparently, and only a fool (like myself) would use them!
HCs: The toss up gun, if you use these it's cause they're too OP. Unless it's a garbage weapon, then your an idiot for using it. It's a lose lose.
Scouts: The accepted gun? After the latest buff, Scout's stopped being talked about. Am I allowed to use these? Or am I Trash for considering using these in an predominantly CQB Crucible?
Specials?
No. You can't use any special weapon. You're a garbage player for considering any of the three. Especially Shotties and FRs. And also, especially Sniper Rifles. Other players can smell the garbage stank coming out of their TV's should anyone switch to a special weapon.
Heavys?
Don't use these either. They breed butthurt so fast, if you don't clench your sphincter nerf threads will ooze down your leg and into your pants.
Did I get that right Guardians? Or am I missing something? Also, which scout rifles are OP or are not worth using? Cause, it's the only gun I'll be using for the next 10 years and I want to make sure I accommodate everyone while also not being Trash.

3 RepliesWell I feel like the game is just filled with too many cheap one shot kills. I mean homing granades that stick to you and are an insta kill, shoulder charge, shotguns, fusion rifles. (Imo snipers are okay since body shots arent a one hit kil), are all very annoying to fight against. Then you also have heavies which I have a bit of mixed opinions about since they're supposed to be OP, but I feel like someone who is getting all head shots, should be able to take down someone who is machine gunning them with body shots.

3 RepliesFusion rifles get on my nerves, but for every weapon someone can use, there is a counter. Also bladedancers, but my Invective makes short work of them if they don't surprise me :) Also, A LOT of hate towards shotguns, I've gotten tea-bagged SO many times for doing the shotty+slide technique. So here's a tip: [spoiler]don't run blindly around corners, or expect to beat me with a scout rifle at close range[/spoiler] Most of these people who complain and say things need to be nerfed are those who use the same tactic [spoiler]OVER AND OVER[/spoiler] Expecting different results, Which is the DEFINITION of insanity I sucked at PVP when I started playing, usually got .7 if I had a good match. But that was because using a shotgun was the only thing I did. Now that I have started using other weapons, and applying different tactics, I usually hit a 1.0 every match, and have been getting a few 2.0+ once in awhile :)

3 RepliesHere's the thing, virtually everyone that plays this game believes they are the most awesome and skilled very best FPS gamer that ever graced the crucible of Destiny. If they're killed by a weapon they don't use its an OP noob weapon that requires no skill. In short its just a bunch of self centered children that can't admit they were shot down fair and square. You put down money for this game man, have fun with it, that's why you bought it. Now go grab yourself a Suros, a 77 wizard, and a rocket launcher. Go forth and wreck shit! Make sure you play a blade dancer too. They own in PVP.

1 ReplyI feel you man...you are right all the way. People just don't get it. It's a video game and all of us have different taste and we are allow to have fun with whatever weapon we like. The majority will never understand this. I always tell people to worry about themselves and what they want...never worry, envy or talk about other people. Do your thing and let others be.

If Bungie doesn't need them by next Tuesday or add Sonic, I'm going to return destiny and play AW. How will Bungie handle losing one of their dedicated fans? 1 ReplyLol, title just reminded me of a fight my friend had with his girlfriend, now I can't stop laughing :-p Honestly, anyone that is having a bad day and gets killed (or chain-killed) in Crucible by a popular weapon will complain in the forums...the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. ;-) My recommendation is run around and shoot different people during a match to prevent the perception of stalking another character (if another person's joy is that important to you). If I see someone that I just killed, I'll go after someone else; I personally could care less about my k/d - it's more about everyone having fun. :-) Bottom-line: Be happy, play with what you want (unless you risk severe personal injury) and have a good time - that's what the game is there for.
