I've had this TV for almost 2 years, it was the newest (and last) flagship plasma Panasonic made. I have like 1500 hours on it too.. So you'd think this would be a non-issue. I think the problem (aside from the HUD having no opacity slider) is that the super bar is so bright and yellow, and the weapon icons so bright and white. That burns in the screen more quickly than dat a gray. Either way, I'll be scroll wiping my tv all day every day u till its out, or I give it and post much more angry message here lol. An opacity slider would solve all of this.
