Sorry to hear that about your plasma also. Only solid logo and objects get burnt in though, well depending on the transparency. For instance, in battlefield 4 I had my HUD set to about half transparent, using the opacity slide. Played for hundreds of hours with no other content in between with no issue. Certain icons in Destinys HUD like the super bar and weapon icons are solid, and do not fluctuate much. That's the problem.
