Shingen, which is a blue weapon at 242 dmg should never be able to outshoot a fully upgraded legendary at 300 dmg, unless the guy with the legendary missed.
Something's not right.

Well I mean yea it could. Just because you have a legendary doesn't mean you'll win every gunfight. You have to take into account grenades damage for other enemies and critical hits. So yea a blue can kill a thirty
