Updates difficulties

Online playing yesterday after update and I have experienced some voice chat problems and my screen freezing and blacking out. Anyone else with these problems and am I using the voice chat wrong. For some reason I can't hear FIRETEAM like I used to.

I've got a petting zoo of error codes man and old ones they claimed to have fixed can't play 15mins without being bombarded by error codes
