There are a couple of problems with this post. 1) You shouldn't be given invincibility over someone 5 levels below you. Why should you? For all we know you got lucky getting your level up to 30, been handed your gear easily from RNG etc. And if that is the case then why does that make you better than the next guy? It's really pretty childish seeing level 30's complain that they're not powerful enough. Effectively you're asking for everyone else to be nerfed so that you can rule. 2) You should be more powerful, yes. But this issue is not with the Hunter and his level, it's with the Fusion Rifle. We all know that this gun is ridiculous, but there's nothing you can do. Making it a -shot kill would render it useless. Longer charge times perhaps, but I don't think that would do much to stop the infestation. 3) I work full time, and see my partner other times because our work hours are staggered. I like to think I'm good at PVP now, I come first almost every game so I do feel like my opinion matters at least a little when I say this : Why should a snotty child who plays 24/7 getting lucky with gear, accumulating enough Strange Coins to buy the Exotic arsenal, and camps with Fusions, Shotties or Launchers be given that much of an advantage over me - a guy that can actually aim and shoot quite well? If I head shot someone three times with a handcannon, that bastard had better die, I don't care if he's glowing with his level 30 entitlement - I was better, and I shot better.

  • Didn't ask for invincibility. Would be nice to not get one shot by a FR blast. Maybe dropped to 1%. Thats not invincibility. Stop constructing strawmans in this thread. Iron banner is a special event in which the only thing that is supposed to be special is the advantage gained from gear. Stop using strawmans.

  • I don't think you know what a strawman actually is.

  • Ignoring my choice of language? Don't talk to me as if I'm an invalid because I just described the majority of whiners on this forum. If anything I was being far more kind and explanatory to your post than I could have been. If we wanted to get really pedantic, I would just state (like the majority of the other guys responding here) that you missed your shot, and was hit by the full blast of a maxed Fusion rifle in return. If you had any other video footage then perhaps you might seem more credible, but this? You cannot honestly expect to show up with one clip of being blasted away through your own poor aiming and demand a change of game mechanics? You need to prove it's broken, to get it fixed. Not show one dubious clip.

well, outside of a FULL Fushion blast in your face, the level differences are noticeable. So there is truth that Fusion rifles are probably your problem. With the impact and the amount of shots that come out of it, it's difficult not to get one shotted. But, that still requires the person charging it, and having good aim to unload the full blast on you. Maybe you're not as good as you think and you're not moving around enough against Fusions, or the other person is just really good at aiming, or luck, or a mix of everything. One reason or another you took the full blast. 30 or not, you're gonna be toast.
