I'm completely certain that Transfusion has [i]always[/i] triggered on a successful Shoulder Charge. I've had a Skullfort since like week 2 and that has always happened for me. Are you saying that Overload means you ALWAYS instantly recharge your Stormfist on a kill with it? If so - that's huge! Wow! Must test asap.
