Actually it's not just Icebreaker I was using an arc sniper on last week's nightfall and before the update I would kill the yellow bar hobgoblins in 1 shot now it takes 2 and double for anything else too. Also it's the fact that their answer to people beating anything is just making things harder or making weapons less effective.
