How did Halsey and the others get out of the Dyson Sphere at the conclusion of Ghosts of Onyx?

After making contact with Huragok, they convinced them it was within their parameters to give them access to Onyx's Slipspace controls. By that time a UNSC fleet had arrived, and after a short negotiations between Parangosky and Halsey, they brought Onyx back into real-space, where Halsey was promptly arrested, and ONI forces began constructing ONIRF Trevelyan.
