I need Sunbreakers. Why has he not sold them? I've been grinding since launch for them!

At least Xur has been selling helmet engrams the last 2 weeks. last week I got one for Titan (Saint 41 I believe) and this week I got Skull of Ahkamara. I see no other reason to use Motes.
