I had to look it up because it was bothering me, but Chips is the marine in the series with an Australian accent.

No I know haha I was just curious as to what LoA had to say about him. He's one of the luckiest damn Marines in the Haloverse too. I knew he existed but I never really gave him much thought until I realized that there are a few achievements on the MCC about him.
