I don't think he will, but only time will tell. I remember buying Voidfang Vestments the week he sold Ice Breaker(biggest regret, should've bought I.B instead). I remember the week after maybe he was selling Exotic Chest Engrams and rolled a Heart of Praxic Fire. I also got it again from this weeks Nightfall. Keep at it man and it'll eventually luck will be in your favor.
