I have been waiting for the Praxic fire also. I haven't been lucky on a drop. It's the only thing I want for my Warlock.

Same I have been waiting several weeks for him to sell it. All of the other items I wanted (except Ice breaker) from Xûr I got with RNG, like Gjallarhorn, Thunderlord, and Sunbreakers.
