Given that it had very little hype, Shadow of Mordor certainly lived up to it. Would have lived up to a fair amount more, too.

Sonic & Allstars Racing Transformed (just got in the Xbox sale). Heard so many great things about it, and, yes, it's damn fun. A far superior racing experience than the last two MK games - which I find to be sluggish, item fests, by comparison.
