I have 2 level 30's and still buy as much as I can off xur. I have somewhat bad exotic luck. Also wasn't able to buy tons of stuff of xur that I wanted. Due to lack of coins cause I just made my second character. Which I made cause I had two full sets of raid gear for a warlock.
