You should make a list if people with the vex that actually completed the hard raid and got it, not the cheeser scrubs.
And yes I got it by beating Atheon on hard. Took two teleports and we had 3 29's in the group, to all the haters that think only 30's can raid

Ur telling me. My 30 Titan has no raid arms. That two titans I have both with chest, helmets, and boots. Can't get raid arms for the life of me.

If u run a weapons of light bubble at the back edge of the center platform you get a 15-20% increase to your already high weapon buff. Ice breakers and corrective measures melt his hp like nothing. Lol that's so true. Or even the 30's that continually die from regular goblins and such. Plus they always have an excuse....that goblin regenerated health wtf! Lol
