The only disagreement I have is the part where you suggest the Gunsmith sells legendries for Glimmer and the Cryptarch. If the Gunsmith sold such valuable gear for such easy to get currency everyone will farm Glimmer, and max out their wallets then buy all the legendaries they want. It should be like Xur, Strange Coins and Motes of Light only he sells legendary weapons, and they're a bit more cheaper, like maybe 7 coins for the Bad Seed Down, or the Found Verdict. Now the Cryptarch selling legendary engrams is a bad idea and for the same reason as I mentioned before. Everyone will farm Glimmer and buy all the legendary gear they want, BUT I do think he should sell Decoherent engrams which has a rare chance of giving you a legendary item. This will help level up level 20s who need to level up to at least level 24.
