I'm a big fan of "Mass Effect" as well, and I like all of your ideas. One thing, though, is, "Bladedancers" have no such ability as "Arc Shield".

No what I mean is that if you have an arc class your character get an arc shield (Warlock sun singer has a solar defence, like the cabal)

That, to my knowledge, is not the case here in America, but, maybe it's different for you over in Italy.
