I 100% agree Hunters take you as far as your skill will allow. They are the best class in the game if you are extremely high skilled at watching your mini map, running and gunning, dodging and shooting at the same time. To all those who think Blade dance is broken, if you gave me my golden gun with blade dancer passives you would really feel what broken feels like, I would completely destroy things both pvp and pve. The only broken super in the game if you ask me is fist of havoc, completely unavoidable, like 300% more defense will casting, and if you do get dropped you come right back with a full super. This super alone is the case of ending about 50% of my kill sprees, espically if I am blade dancing 3 strikes doesn't even drop them. There is a term that I learned along time ago in football and it holds true to hunters also. SPEED KILLS, you do not die if you are not getting hit.

The Fist of Havoc adds 0 bonus defense unless you forego shoulder charge AND the shielded sprint and go for 'Harder to kill while using super'. Honestly, the Hunter super is horrific because its like 6 seconds of nigh-invulnerability ALL THE TIME, with ONE HIT LOCK ON KILLS. I've blinked behind the hunter and he still changes direction mid-lunge to hit me. I've unloaded 3 Invictus shots to ones face, and only managed to get his health into critical range and he still manages to kill me and the buddy or two around me. I don't hate hunters. I hate friggin Bladedancer. I despise Bladedancer with an undying passion. I'll take a single Insta-kill, an invulnerable shield that cannot be shot through from either within, or outside of, a self-ressurecting skill, or... a second Insta-Kill over 6 seconds of near invulnerability and insanely high damage, with a nigh-lock on attack, rapid movement speed, AOE-Blasts / cloaking / long range wave attacks. Fist of Havoc, without the Helmet or without the near-invulnerable skill is only Meh at best. Its an AoE kill, much like the Warlock's. And all supers are like that. Sure, the Hunter takes more skill to play, but that skill is made useless with a Press Ult to Win supercharge.

You have no clue what you are taking about with hunter defense during blade dance. I have been 1 hit by Invective and the universal remote, mowed down from a machine gun, 1 shot sniped, and 1 hit by rockets. 1 hit lock on kills? you have to watch your mini map and time blade dance and then click for every hit you want in the right direction. From a hunter with tons of PvP experience golden gun is the better super just blade dancer passives are to good to give up. I myself kill so many blade dancers by dropping them to 40% life before they get to me and putting a well timed blink strike in their face. Fist of havoc on the other hand I have blade danced them with 3 strikes during fist of havoc and he didn't die and I did, I have hit him with 2 truth rockets and he didn't die. I have hit him point blank with a shot gun in the head and then melle'd him and he still lived. When you do manage to kill him he comes right back with full energy. On top of that fist of havoc is almost 100% unavoidable. I have blade danced above a titan and he dropped down with me going above him during fist of havoc and it killed me from below, I have blinked about 30 feet away and it still hits me.

  • Dude. I play a titan and a Warlock. The Titan's Fist of Havoc is NOT avoidable, you are correct, But he has NO BASE PASSIVE DEFENSE. He is literally as easy to kill using it as he is normally. UNLESS he has the skill that makes him 'nigh unkillable', which is MEANT to be a 1 hit kill, with no way to avoid it. It takes ANOTHER Fist of Havoc or Void Bomb to kill a titan using Fist of Havoc with that spell. But your Bladedancer BS has killed any of my characters 1 hit guarenteed, so long as I dont get my Scorch Shield or my Defender kill-shield. I've unloaded multiple invective rounds into a hunters face while he is in his Bladedancer. If you are getting 1 shotted by all of that stuff, you REALLY are not paying attention to your game, or the damage sources. I've used fully upgraded shotguns, snipers, bazookas, LMGs, ARs, BRs, PRs, NOTHING has ever allowed me to 1 hit kill a hunter while he is using that BS dancer ult. I've shoulder charged them, I've scorched and grenaded them multiple times. Then again, Everything said here can be subjective depending on the server's psychological state and if it wants to be an absolute psychotic at that moment. Also, The lock-on-1-slash-kill thing has happened to me on multiple occasions on my Warlock. I'll watch them go Super, and then jump and blink towards them [I end up being behind them] and they have literally changed directions to hit me mid-air and instantly kill me. Also yeah, Fist of Havoc's AoE is like this weird pillar of damage. But it is NOT the most broken skill in the game. By no means is it anywhere near as stupid as 6 seconds of nearly guarenteed 1-shots. AGAIN, if you mention the titan being unkillable while under the effect of Fist of Havoc, its called Unstoppable, which, and I quote: You are harder to kill while using Fist of Havoc. It makes it so that the Super with the longest 'cast time' in the game isn't constantly interrupted by a lucky rocket, or a sniper shot, or an Invective spam. It is LITERALLY designed to do what you are complaining about, which is to be a 1 hit, unavoidable, nearly-uninterruptable AoE skill. Meanwhile, the Hunter is insanely hard to kill solo during bladedancer, it lasts 6 friggin seconds, every hit made by him is a 1 shot, unless he is using the wave-based attack, AND HE CAN NEARLY FRIGGING FLY. [A Hunter used his ultimate and, literally, rushed across the entire Hellmouth.] So tell me how a single use, one split second skill is worse than that?

I have jumped across hellmouth myself, what does that have anything to do with it being cheap? Yes you are right if you blink behind him and he is good he is going to use another strike and turn around and use a 2nd and it will kill you, and it does have an auto aim to it as long as you click in the general direction, but you can dodge it I have dodged many other hunters and just ran. For other classes that is a bit hard to do because you are normally slower than a hunter unless he is a newb in his spec. The point I make with Fist of havoc, most of which have the unstoppable perk to it is basically 100% unavoidable and unstoppable. Like I pointed out it is the cause of so many ends to my kill streaks because of the fact he is unkillable and it is unavoidable unlike any other super in the game which to me is bs. No super should be 100% unstoppable which this is the only super which is. Put it this way I see a blade dancer coming I hit him 2 or 3 times with my hawk moon and melle him with blink strike and most of the time he drops like a fly.
