I get that but Jesus is God come in the flesh. He is basically an example on how you should live your life. It's like using yourself as a scape-goat. Also that doesn't really concern Christians and doesn't affect that specific way of life

 •
It's like using yourself as a scape-goat.
That's not acceptable either. Being willing to absolve someone else of their failings isn't acceptable - it's cheating and not allowing someone to take responsibility for their own actions. Would it be acceptable for someone else to go to prison for the crimes of another? For someone else to take the blame? I really can't see a moral way of justifying that position.
Also that doesn't really concern Christians and doesn't affect that specific way of life.
I don't see how it couldn't be appreciated in an abstract way to be applied in a given situation in the future, such as the example I gave above regarding prison. Nevertheless, the fact that Christians treat Jesus as a scapegoat is more than enough for it to be valid and used as an example of something unacceptable.

 • You have a very interesting perspective on things I will give you that But you realize to accept Jesus is to be like someone released from prison due to good behavior and then going on to be a productive member of society. Also you realize that "scapegoat" ends up in heaven? So that person doesn't even go to prison.

 •
But you realize to accept Jesus is to be like someone released from prison due to good behavior and then going on to be a productive member of society.
Yes, but to my knowledge, by accepting Jesus you also pass your sins onto him as your scapegoat. My understanding is that Christians do this so they aren't relegated to a life in Hell because they won't be judged by God for their own sins any more. That's my point right there too - using someone else to avoid taking responsibility.
Also you realize that "scapegoat" ends up in heaven? • Oh no I agree, but in was trying to tell you that accepting Jesus doesn't mean you are free to sin.

 • So you still have responsibilities you must adhere too.
