They don't need to make money. Grand Theft Auto V has had around 10 updates that have all been free. My argument is that it probably isn't all on the disc. Or, they finished the main game and while it was in Alpha and Beta, rather than firing their programmers because they had no use, they just sent them to start making more content and thought it would be a smart idea to incorporate it onto the disc so we wouldn't have to download it later.
