So you were totally prejudiced and realized that your pre-conceived conjectural notions on people, which were based on scant evidence, and more on your need to create and us vs. them mentality where, in your mind, the 'us' were naturally superior in every conceivable way were wrong when you actually met some of 'them'. And now because, the 'them' you met weren't as inferior as you initially believed, mind you, for no justifiable reason, you perceive them as not only equal, but superior in many ways because it's so surprising how wrong your initial baseless assumptions were.
