I thought I'd get used to it but I still don't like lord shaxx's voice. Especially with his absolutely stupid one liners

No I didn't, I literally blew myself up by accident with my rocket launcher.
Or "pick it up, guardian"
That one does not inspire me to try harder, it just infuriates me.

I love how Bungie completely failed to plan for close games that come down to the wire. He sound like a moron, flip flopping back and forth between "This isn't a wahw, it's a mahsacah!" And "Looks like you've misjudged yawh enemy", "Pick it up, gawhdian!"
