I don't play rumble enough to run into that.
But it CONSTANTLY happens in skirmish, like even if they're losing.
Although most often it's when they're up 3k points because my two team mates are 0-15 and 1-17 respectively ...

Skirmish randoms are completely useless, which is how I managed to get my first Mark of the Unbroken the other day :P
