Please refund your games

I have been putting up with constant disconnects since I bought the game on day one. I like the game and I'm a big rpg guy so I got hooked. I put up with the disconnecting because I thought it would get better soon. It is not getting any better. I've been completely ignored by Bungie. The only advice they have is to try and fix my Internet. What they don't understand is that I shouldn't have to touch any of my Internet settings for a game I payed 70 dollars for to be playable. Not to mention the fixes don't work. My solution is this. People refund your games from Bungie. I know this is hard to do. So deep in the game how can you just quit? Well Bungie needs a wake up call. And what's a better wake up call to a greedy corporation than taking their money away? Sure they can afford huge expensive commercials but can't afford server fixes? Tldr: refund the game directly from Bungie. They need a wake up call.

  • First of all, most people aren't experiencing issues. Second, Bungie is not responsible for the retail aspect of the game. If you want a refund, you go to the place you paid for the game, just like with any other purchase. Try all you want, you won't get anything from Bungie. You're not going to start a 'revolution' of people refunding the game. Period.

    • For a refund you will need to contact the retailer you purchased Destiny from.
