Do you not understand that it was INCLUDED on your disc for $60? They're going to do this with all their DLC for 10 years!

It was patched in although there are places that were there from the start like kings watch

If it was "patched in" as you say it would've been a bigger update than 40mb or 17mb. None of the updates have been more than 50mb so far so..

The first 2 DLC's are already on disc. You wonder why the story doesnt make sense? Its because these parts where intended to be in the game before Activision told them not to. Essentially your paying $100 for the full content of the original game.
