look everyone, I fixed pvp!
Create 1 playlist that has no weapon or armor perks active. Completely level. Just 1 playlist. I bet you'll see a mass exodus from the others toward that playlist, but if you don't then at the very least those who are begging for it have a pvp alternative that they want.
