Ppl seem to not understand how this corporate machine thingy works. Bungie in all this is just a developer, they write code, create stuff to the game. Nothing else.
Behind every DLC, cut content, ps exclusives is Activision and their contract with sony for exclusive content. Activision is the owner of Destiny franchise and everything related to it. Guys from Bungie are just little ants bound by the contract with them to create some new stuff that Activision could later sell as a DLC.
Why so much hate towards Bungie ?

Because they agreed to all this during their contract signing. You can blame Activision all you want, but you can't [b]just [/b]blame Activision.

Yeah, Bungie neede money for promotion and development of the game so they went to some big publisher and got screwed over. Classic.

It's still a business though. And bungie needed to sell. Maybe they liked activision that much and only wanted to go with them. It's much like record producers. Bands come to a record producer to write music, but what that producer says goes. If you follow certain bands close enough, they will disclose sometimes that entire songs get chopped in pieces and put back together again, because it's what the producer thinks will sell. A huge reason why there are bands that have self labels now.
