I have a Warlock and I like playing as one. I would also like to make another character to help collect shards and coins. So my question is do you think I should choose Hunter or Titan?
Please no crying and pissing other people off this is just a general post that i would like peoples opinion of. No blamming anyone just be cool peeps and have a nice chat forum alright go!
Edit: Thank you all for your input. I think I am going to go Hunter because i already have a lot of gear for him from playing tiger strikes a lot. Hunters seem to be more my style sneaky and quick to strike. I like sniping my enemys down.

three characters, the way to go
-
I use both but I am Titan for life. Join my brotherhood and denounce your book worm ways. Titan pride.

Edited by robbinnDaHood: 11/3/2014 9:28:54 PMtitan was boring to me and I deleted mine, very good though. I got hunter because it's flashy with crafty abilities, no matter how situational they may be, they are very fun. also gunslingers trance is fun

Edited by BrakerFluidAddict: 11/3/2014 6:27:00 PMCheese is amazing. I wish there was a cheese class. the subclasses would be cheddar (solar) and Mozzarella (arc)
-
Tip: load up your vault with armor engrams for your new character You be glad they are there when you get to 20 I made the jump from 20 to 25 almost instantly like that
-
The one with cloaks! ;) I really like the few perks gunslinger gets to your weapons. And if you get achlyophage then GG is just that much more fun! I've sealed the deal on a few close matches because of it! Then max out blade dancer for that emergency healer invisibility! I rarely play blade dancer now, I kind of see it as the "beginner" hunter class. And I seldom need the perks it offers, nor am I that good at blade dancer ahahaha
-
Titan because not many people play as one. There are 20 billion Hunters and Warlocks running around. Besides our armor looks the best IMO.
-
Coming from a Titan... go with the Hunter if you are doing PvP... blade dancer and golden gun are insanely OP. If you mainly play PvE go with a Titan, I use defender and I rarely ever get close to dying.
-
Even though my main is a hunter, i prefer my titan.
-
Titan plays the most like a warlock in my opinion. I have 2 level 30 warlocks and got bored so I made a titan and I love it. PvP is awesome. There is no better feeling then popping a bubble doing a little dance and then shotguning the crap out of anything that comes in
-
I play all 3. My Titan is 29, he's strictly for support so he isn't all that fun. My warlock was my first character. I got bored of him pretty quickly. He's at 26. I have a new hunter, she's already to 24, and its a blast to play with her.
-
Titan is second next to warlock for solo and team play! Hunter is just a lone wolf and has no team skills. I would go for a titan.
-
You are going to hate the hunters jump coming from warlock I have a titan and a hunter I like the hunter except the jump bugs the hell out of me
-
I am also a warlock and I had the same issue I chose hunter. I chose the hunter because I have passion for stealth and it's tottaly fun to use arc blade and agility to you favour... That's my opinion but feel free to choose
-
Use dat bubble shield
-
I voted Titan - after getting a Warlock to 27 I started both Hunter and Titan that are both about 23-24 now. The thing I hate about hunter is the pathetic jump. I use the jump to avoid danger a lot and too many times the inability to jump as far with Hunter has let it down. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong and there's a knack to it but I have the class totally upgraded with the extra stages of the jump and it's just no good for evading danger (or, as it turns out, climbing cliffs in the VoG to reach a chest!)

Hey Kurt, I ve played Hunter since i started playing this game and i ve to say i really love it. You can Force enemys on PVP and PVE. You move really fast and have lots of special moves who makes your opposite angry.. You can Teleport and your Special Knife Move makes you unstoppable. In PvE You will be a big Help with both underclasses. You make lots of Damage with your Golden gun in the First underclass. With the other Class you can make yourself invisible to heal your Mates etc. (Other important things while beeing Hunter: 3xJump. great Grenades and Sniper Skills) _ _ I strated playing the Titan Class yesterday cause i think i can help my team much more witch my defend Class. His Shield and his effects are fukin awesome So the Question is.. Do you want to Help your Team or do you want to fight on your Own :D (Sry if my english s bad) :D

Edited by Ropq: 10/31/2014 12:54:16 PMi have a Warlock and Hunter. . i find the Warlock the much funer class to play. hunters are ok pve with golden gun, blade dancer is no more op then ground smash or nova bomb. I'd probly go titan with shield for pve and level up the striker class later if you plan to pvp
-
If u like warlock make another and transfer over gear to him from your main to help get stuff. If u want to experience a new play style then, hunter is agile and quick while titans are slow bulky but extremely tanking with high survivalbuilty
-
Well, if you like just charging and just go all out destroying your enemies, then I would go with the Titan.
-
I said hunter, but I just got to 20 with my titan. So I may find myself enjoying that more down the road.
-
I can't really say which you should chose, but if you biuld another waarlock it would be easier for you to get more coins, motes orf l;ight and gear because they're the same class. and just switch them over in your vault. But if had to chose, chose hunter. they're faster, can sneak past enemies especially in vog.
-
Do another warlock if your only interest is more gear. You can put your warlock armor from your main into your alt so there is no need to grind for gear again on a different class.
-
I have both. Hunter was first, just got into light levels on Titan. I would say if you prefer ranged go hunter with the throwing knife and golden gun. If you prefer close combat, then a Titan's shoulder charge and first of havoc are for you. They're both fun to play.
-
PvE...Easy mode for Titan PvP...Hard mode for Titan A "ok" player can be a force in PvP with a Hunter or Warlock but to be on the same level a Titan cant just be ok, he has to be skilled.
-
The hunter is little red riding hood. The warlock is grandma. The Titan is The Big Bad Wolf.
