All you ungrateful pricks have probably already put 150+ hours into this game and still think that's not worth 60$?! Just because Bungie was smart and planned ahead and included the maps and content MOSTLY already in the game so you little whiners don't have to download it for the dlc when it comes out doesn't mean Bungie just randomly decided to lock away content just to piss you off. Seriously, nobody cares that you all think you deserve more when you've already gotten a ton of stuff for the same price that you bought middle earth and put it down after 20 hours and came back to destiny. I've had a blast with this game for almost 200 hours and am looking forward to the dlc and I will GLADLY pay 20$ for the new raid alone, let alone more story and multiplayer maps and strikes and gear and weapons. This will more than likely add another 60-80 hours of gameplay for me. I'm happy with that. Bravo Bungie, keep up the good work!

I agree, clearly the content was planned for and they're just shaping the systems which determine loot, interactions, and glitch testing. It's so stupid to think they created and then locked or deleted the content--if it's locked then it can be unlocked--if it's already on the disc then don't you think someone smart enough to come along and steal it or find a way in? Nobody thinks this shit through, consumers are the first to yell and scream when they don't get what they want, they're too quick to blame someone, and too lazy to think. The customer is not, in fact, always right. Most of the time they're just stupid.

So people aren't entitled to an opinion without being blasted by pricks like you? Some people, such as myself, had enjoyed playing the game for a bit till the realization that this game is just a broken record had set in. Do I think it's worth $60? No. IMO I would say that it is worth about $40 based off of the fact that it was a blast for about 3 weeks before the game became completely dull and pointless. Considering games like Halo and COD keep people interested for more than 3 weeks, $60 for this game almost seems a rip off. Just because you enjoy blowing Bungie doesn't mean everyone else does. Some of the content should have already been in the game and shouldn't have to be purchased, such as the 2nd raid. Quite frankly, there has not been enough added to the game since I stopped playing that would make me even consider getting the DLC and I'm sure I'm not the only one on this. If the DLC was $10 then maybe, just maybe, I would consider getting it, but this game has become a turd stain that will forever be on Bungie's reputation. With any luck, they will redeem themselves in a sequel.

Okay so let me get this straight-I'm a fan boy because I feel that I've gotten what I paid for? I'm so confused, I was reading about the new dlc and hopped on the comments looking for simple remarks of what people are excited about most. Instead everyone is complaining about it. I don't understand why you all continue to get on these forums and check up on things when apparently this game has been a waste of your money, your time, and your efforts and is allegedly a "turd stain" on bungie's resume. To me, you seem like the fan boy, a butt hurt fan boy. I'm just a fan that is trying to enjoy the game instead of just constantly seeing forums covered in turd stains like you that just complain. I've played cod, I've played halo. I loved those games too, but I love destiny most for its PVE component and gameplay. I'm sorry that you don't feel the same way I do and many many others like me do. My suggestion for you would be to find a new hobby or new game instead of letting this game and Bungie bring you down so much. I'm not being condescending, just trying to offer some advice that you seem to need.

Funny I put hundreds of hours into Halo but only 30 in destiny. It literally took me a day to get to level 25. Then when the grind kicked in I got bored pretty fast because there is nothing fun about killing the same enemy's on the same levels with the same guns with little changes on them. I respect your opinion but 20 dollars for locked content is unacceptable for me in my opinion.
