First I do agree with you. I just don't think it's Bungie. I picture the console manufacturers & game publishers sitting around discussing game pricing before the next gen console launch. Huge PR at E3 driving home the point that the next gen games will cost the same as previous. When in fact, these DLC packs were always the intention. I'm sure they need the games to be priced at $100 +\-. Same dollar value less content. Seeing this everywhere now.

I'd gladly pay $100 for a game that actually gives me $100 worth of content. Trying to trick us into paying $90 to $100 for what should cost only $60 is ridiculous and unethical.

Totally agree. Completely unethical. I would prefer to pay more upfront to get something complete. Especially in this case.
