So we get 1 strike 1 raid, 3 story missions and 3 multiplayer maps. That was cut from the game and we are paying $20.00 more for this? This was already finished prior to launch, the way you treat your community, your loyal fans is disgusting. This should of already been included in the game.

What the HELL barely new content and even shorter for your Xbox fans Bungie if we paid for this dame game we expect everything to come equal how are you going to give PS Fans ( no Offence ) an extra strike mission for the expansion they already have 1 up on us on mars. YOU NEED TO GET YOUR HEAD OFF ACTIVISIONS D**K and start listening to your freakin investors we the dame players you'll smash weapons and boss because were speeding thought the levels that you thought were going to take us days to complete but not fix audio and gate problems in the raid. You need to take control or your baby (Destiny) or it is going to be set to the foster home (Gamestop) and not be adopted ever.

Because it's Sony who worked out some deal with Bungie and Activision. Microsoft didn't want to go with exclusive content or whatever so we have to pay.

Bump bump bump bump it up. Tired of this -blam!-ing ruse. It just bothers me that we were expecting this epic game with endless fun. The fun has already ended and it's just a lingering addiction to leveling up and getting good gear. I'm dumbfounded by how little communication there is between the community and the developers.

Yes I have. And no it does not mean content was removed - that's an assumption. You could just as easily say that the content wasn't finished enough to be fully added, and that they left the levels on disc to decrease patch size. There's NO proof, not to mention the fact that this is entirely NOT uncommon practice in game development.

No, the map assets and placeholders are there. Not functional DLC with all of the development stages polished attached. People who don't understand game development jump to that conclusion but it's fundamentally misinformed and incorrect. Not to mention many games have assets walled away from the main game that are either relics from old development plans that haven't been removed, or again, have been placed on disc to be updated on the future but not require gigabytes of patches.

It hasn't... all that's on the disc is the map code so the download and update will be smaller when the DLC is released. The DLC was advertised alongside the game from day one. Not to mention that there was an interview with Bungie (Howard) recently where they said they had just finished this expansion. That's why we only just got the exact release date - it wasn't done yet.

It doesn't mean that there is a functioning DLC with sound, AI, mission triggers, cutscenes, VO and animation/modelling all completed and through QA with minimal bugs. Stop sprouting nonsense.

Haha you still missed the point. Whether it's already on the disc or not, which I edited my post and apologize for suggesting belief in mere rumors, it's still an unfinished game for which they expect more payment for the finished product.

Still wrong... The expansions were advertised alongside the game from day one. Citing their existence as evidence the $60 game is incomplete is pure stupidity. You bought a $60 game that had, at that time, 2 expansions within 1 years time for which you could purchase a pass to get them @ $35. They also announced over and over that they planned to expand on Destiny for the next 10 years, meaning that content beyond those 2 expansions will be coming. The $60 game was never intended to be the entire game. You bought in, knowing that was the delivery plan.

See, the way I see it, expansion is the key word there. It doesn't feel like an expansion but rather the rest of the game. And yea they advertised the expansion just as any game does but again, I would never buy a season pass or expansion pass before playing the actual game. And again, now that I have I'm glad I didnt. Now, stop calling me stupid and crap like that and talk like a human being does to another. I find no reason to condescend.

Hahaha I've actually been reading some of your other posts and you have no respect for anybody's thoughts but your own. I'm glad you're happy with the game. Really, no sarcasm at all, and thats not me being sarcastic lol I know it can be hard to tell via text writing. I think you should check out some of the destiny reviews. Proof, the cutscene that was completely missing from the game. Thats proof of a lil bit of slicing. But you have 0 respect for other people apparently. I've seen you calling people stupid and retarded and etc. Learn how to communicate effectively with others and I'll respond again.
