There is no reason for you to complain about this, because it was know that ps4 would have exclusive content months before these consoles were even released. If this were really that big of a deal to you, then you would have bought a ps4 instead.

"An Activision press release additionally stated that exclusive content for the two Destiny expansion packs (The Dark Below and House of Wolves) will remain exclusive until at least Fall 2015 (there was no mention as to how long exclusive launch items will remain exclusive)." Dude did you not read the below from the link? PlayStation platforms will also include additional exclusive content for Expansion I and II and will remain exclusive until at least Fall of 2015
