No they only mentioned the Multiplayer Map and the first Strike Dust palace along with the weapons and armor, this is what was advertised as PS exclusive.
Please show me where they STATED dlc would also come with exclusive content?

They also stated future content. I believe it was e3 2012 or 2013......and you can look it up yourself.
