I am just curios as to when you are going to publicly respond to the vast amount of customers who are having major issues with staying connected to your game? We are after all in a modern time, and you have a forum, twitter, facebook, commercials, and many other methods for advertising.
A simple tweet or a attention message somewhere acknowledging you know of the issue and are working on it would be reassuring to the community that you may loose rather fast.
