Hey dude that's cool, I'm always welcome to help others and I have even witnessed it myself as I was playing as a lvl 12 and I came across a horde and got no help from the lvl 29 that was near. I have a lvl 30 already and I'm pretty good at the game but if the main power comes to cooperating when no one wants to help

This is why we need non-fireteam communication. He probably didn't know and didn't realize you needed help. Now if he ran pass you and notice than that's something else. It shouldn't be hard to incorporate that feature into the game
