I was actually watching a friend playing. He shot the Nova Bomb at the Titan, but said Titan did the WoD animation and both supers appeared ti cancel each other out. I think the WoD has a sort of temporary burst of extra power when you first put it up, and this is capable of stopping a Nova Bomb at the cost of the entire super charge.
