The flash bang is better suited for pve. The Lightning grenade is the best titan grenade as it 2 shots and has a large range if you stick it on a wall (range is like a vertical column, so putting it on the wall makes it a horizontal column). Shoulder charge is pretty easy to use. Time your sprinting by stopping for a split second. The only problem I have with it is that people literally start running away. Of course running straight at someone doesn't work, only noobs think that. It needs to be done from an angle and not in the front. Also comparatively Titans don't have the best pvp super (unlike hunters) or melee ability. Shoulder charge helps makes up for it though because generally you don't get up and close and a 1-hit kill. The titan super is built for rushing, like the subclass. People don't like to rush because shotguns/fusion rifles. Either way skill still plays a large part since most of pvp is I dunno, shooting? I'm always near or at the top of the leaderboard between teams on average.
