Is Xur able to sell the young ahmakara spine Exotic hunter gauntlets?.

Those gauntlets were the only reason why I chose to be a Hunter. But I've never been lucky enough to obtain them and the week the merchant sells an exotic engram for gauntlets is the week I don't have enough motes. But hey, I got the Alpha Lupi chest (from nightfall last week) so I'm happy.
