Hey guys, just thought I'd link the reddit page that lists all the major known farming routes around destiny for engrams or planet materials. There is one method that I currently use that I've unfortunately lost the link for so I'll briefly describe it below (I did not discover this method but can't find the video I saw). The Line Method: To use this method find a few (2 - 4) resource nodes that are within a short distance of a zone edge. Determine the fastest line you can make between the resource nodes and the edge of the zone and then collect them in order from furthest from zone edge to closest. Once collected get on your sparrow and fly out of the zone until the name of the new zone shows in the bottom left of the screen. As soon as you see the zone change turn around and head back to the initial node that is furthest from where you are now. Rinse and repeat. The materials will continuously regenerate as long as you don't take too long to leave the zone after collecting them. Using this method I was able to gather 80 helium/20 minutes yesterday (4 nodes) and 65 spirit bloom/20 minutes (2 nodes, but closer to zone edge).
