This is rather good advice for those new to the VoG or raiding in general. However, I feel the title may come across as a bit too hostile, another list of complaints about the "noobs". This is unfortunate as it may turn off those who could actually benefit from the tips. Maybe a title along the lines of "Advice for VoG First-Timers" would be more welcoming? I'm not nit-picking here. I just think that overall your post is a concise, straight-forward survey of raiding "best practices", and I would hate for it to get lost in the clutter. Anyways, +1 for taking the time to explain why you feel each rule is important. And +1 for generosity.
