As long as the people are willing to listen and/or they've completed the raid before, then I personally have no problem with someone not having a mic. I think OP is referring to anyone not listed in these two categories. Also it can take longer sometimes, but besides that, it's not a big deal. Hell, even when I played DayZ SA we had a guy with no mic running around with us. Was a bit of a risk, but he listened when someone gave him orders, so it was no problem.

  • Indeed, as long as you have people 'willing' to listen. I think that's the biggest part. If you don't have a Mic, and are fully willing to listen and put in the orders, I think you're good. It's everyone else that isn't willing to listen or thinks they 'got this' that need a kick in the ass. While I will admit I've never been into a 'party chat' before, the fault is less mine and more the others in the fireteam that either don't know they can do that, or neglect to invite people into it. I've never once gotten an invite, or even a request, to join any sort of party chat. I'll definitely look into it though as normally I can't hear a damned thing during a good battle (mostly Bungies fault for not adding volume controls).
