No, the enemies the spawn at Atheon on normal are 28, hence why you should be 27 at least

Then Bungie needs to put the level requirement at twenty seven. It's misleading to a lot of people, myself included.

You can still do the raid at 26 or 25, it is just harder due to the damage output decrease, its not impossible, just hard.

My Hunter and Titan could be 27 if I farmed the materials to upgrade their armor ... but I'd still need Shards to probably hit that mark.

The opening sequence is lv 26. The Templar mobs and such are 25. But the end part is 28.

You'd be fine at 26, IF you're playing with a group of 28's lol But yeah I'd recommend 27
