To be honest the only time this was an issue was when we had a young teammate who decided that he did not want to use voice chat other than to berate our team and our lack of 'proper exotics'. He left when things got tough durning Atheon. Needless to say I don't think he was able to find another raid group that night.

Yeah that's not the first time though. I sometimes feel I am jinxed with a no complete raid problem. I always have at least five drop out. Not all at the same time but every now and then one drops and then we get a random replaced somehow after 30 minutes of trying to find another.
