Borderlands is better than Destiny

You must have at least 5 unique reasons as to why Destiny is better to prove me wrong.
I would have said 10 but I doubt destiny has even 5.
• You can't really directly compare the two games; they are both FPS's yes, they both have loot mechanics yes, and beyond that......nope that's it. But I'll compare them anyway. Graphics: the destiny graphics are without a doubt more realistic; is this a good thing? Yes...and no. The graphics in destiny do their job: they give us beautiful environments and well rendered character models. The borderlands graphics are extremely cartoony; is this a bad thing? Again...yes and no. The cartoon/comic art style complements the over-the-top insane gunplay and constant stream of jokes perfectly. And the cartoony gore that splatters when you headshot a cartoony psycho is not something you can get in destiny. Loot: (before endgame) When you clear and area or complete a mission in destiny you can expect anywhere between 1 and 6 shiny new items all of which will be useful in some way, even if your current gear is better there'll always be a stat or two the new item has over the old. In borderlands you can expect to see anywhere between 12 and 30 guns drop when clearing a area, however you'll be lucky if 2 of them are any good. At endgame content nothing but purple rarity and above really matters in both games. Story: both games story's are full of holes; but destiny's lore is expanded through the grimor cards and is meant to be speculated on by the players ( I've had a lot of fun with my friends just coming up with theories), While in borderlands the story is all you get. Multiplayer: destiny can support up to 6 man groups while borderlands can support up to 4. Which doesn't really matter unless you have a lot of friends. Gameplay: destiny's gameplay is every bit as smooth as halo; while borderlands is kinda sloppy. Although It does have the over-the-top insane fun quality I talked about earlier. All in all; I love them both.....for very different reasons. :)
