Umm the normal raid is 26 not 27.
So by your logic I should be level 31 to do the hard raid. I clear it every week on my 29 and did so on my 29 warlock.,now lvl 30.cleared normal on my titan at lvl 25 without issues

Normal raid can be done at 26 but that Minotaur isn't the nicest guy. Hard to kill a health regen teleport immunity Minotaur at lv26. Unless your team mates own gjallahorn. Recommend lv27 to avoid enemy 1 shots.

What Rank was the rest of your team? Of course its doable at Rank 25. I only said that the damage is reduced. Which means you are not being that effective. It would be more helpful to the team to level up somewhere else then come back when you can give max output in your damage.

I can say we had a level 25 on our last raid and he got all of 6 kills.
